At NLM Decor, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.

  • Be returned in its original packaging.

  • Include all accessories and components received with the order.

  • Not be damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

Returns requested after 30 days from delivery may not be accepted.


2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

After review, we may offer:

  • A replacement product

  • A partial refund

  • A full refund

In these situations, NLM Decor will cover all associated costs.


3. Change of Mind Returns

If you wish to return an item because you changed your mind or no longer want the product:

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

  • The item must remain unused and in resalable condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping and handling fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or customized products

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Products damaged through misuse or improper care


5. Return Process

  • Photos (if applicable)

Our support team will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Please do not send products back without prior authorization.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


6. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund processing times:

  • Review period: 1–3 business days

  • Bank processing: 5–10 business days

The exact timing depends on your payment provider and financial institution.


7. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase or before fulfillment begins.

Eligible cancellations will receive a full refund.

After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Customers may request a return after delivery according to this policy.


8. Lost Packages

If a package is confirmed lost during transit, we will work with the carrier to investigate the shipment.

If the carrier confirms the package as lost, we will provide either:

  • A replacement product, or

  • A full refund


9. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be denied if:

  • The returned item shows signs of use.

  • The item is missing original components.

  • The return request falls outside the return period.

  • Fraudulent activity is suspected.
