At NLM Decor, we carefully prepare and inspect every order before shipment to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.

- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- During holidays, promotions, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.

Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 7–15 business days
- Canada: 7–18 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
- Australia: 8–18 business days
- Europe: 8–20 business days

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after shipment.

Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Before Shipment

Cancellation After Shipment

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Exchanges

Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), NLM Decor will cover the return shipping costs.
- For returns requested for personal reasons (change of mind, ordering the wrong item, etc.), customers are responsible for return shipping expenses.
Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval status.
