Track Your Order

Want to check the status of your order?

Simply click the Track Order button located in the top navigation menu of our website. Once you arrive on the tracking page, enter your order details to view the latest shipment updates.

Option 1: Track by Order Number

• Enter your Order Number.
• Enter the Email Address or Phone Number used during checkout.
• Click Track Your Order.

Option 2: Track by Tracking Number

• Select the Tracking Number tab.
• Enter your tracking number.
• Click Track Your Order to view real-time delivery updates.

Important Information

• Tracking information may take 2–5 business days to become available after your order has been shipped.
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
• Please ensure all information is entered correctly.
